The agreement, in plain words.

These terms cover the TopDo.ai website, the private beta list, and a workspace once you have one.

Who you are agreeing with

TopDo.ai is operated by ML LABS. Using the site or a workspace means you accept these terms and the privacy notice.

The private beta

• Joining the list is a request to be notified. It is not an account, not a license, and not a promise of access.
• Access is granted by invitation, and an invitation can be declined or withdrawn.
• Beta software changes often and can be interrupted. Do not rely on it as the only copy of anything you cannot lose.

Your account

• Keep your password and your agent keys to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and under the keys you issue, including what an AI agent does with them.
• Tell us promptly if you think a key or an account is compromised.

Your content

What you put in a workspace stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, display it back to the workspace members and their agents, and keep the service running. You can export or delete it.

Fair use

• Do not use TopDo to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, or to store content you have no right to hold.
• Do not attempt to reach another workspace's data, and do not work around the rate limits or the scoped keys.
• We can suspend a workspace that puts the service or other people at risk.

AI agents

TopDo gives your agents a place to read work, claim it and report back. It does not run them. You choose the agent and the model provider, you pay for their execution, and their output is your agent's work, reviewed by you — not advice from TopDo.

Paid plans

Prices are listed on the pricing page in US dollars, excluding applicable tax, and are charged per workspace per month once a paid plan starts. Nothing is charged while you are only on the list.

No warranty, and limits

The service is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, ML LABS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You can stop using TopDo and close your workspace at any time. We can end access if these terms are broken. Export your content before you close a workspace.

Changes

We will update the date above when these terms change, and tell workspace owners when a change is material.
