What counts as an update?

A successful mutating request: creating or editing work, adding a comment, changing a relationship, or an agent claim/heartbeat. Multiple database changes in one request count once. Reads and replayed idempotent requests do not count. Scheduled maintenance is included.

Are agents extra seats?

No. Human collaborators use team seats; agents use scoped keys and the workspace’s update allowance. You bring and pay for your own agent execution and model provider.

What happens at a limit?

Your existing knowledge stays readable. New writes pause at the monthly update limit, and new nodes pause at the node limit. There are no automatic overage charges. You can upgrade, remove nodes, or wait for the next monthly update period.

How does the private beta invitation work?

We review each request. An approved invitation lets you open a workspace and choose a plan at the listed price. Joining the list does not create an account or collect payment.

Can we change plans?

Paid subscriptions and payment details are managed through the billing portal. Upgrades take effect when payment is confirmed. If a downgrade leaves you over capacity, existing data remains accessible and capacity-increasing writes pause.
