For people and their agents

Scattered work makes the next step harder.

Connect tasks, knowledge, and AI agents in one living workspace so everyone can see the next step.

The why, the what, and the work. Connected from day one.
Less chasing context.
More making progress.

A document, a task, a decision. Different ways of looking at the same work. Finally, a place that connects them.

For the people building what’s next

Good work starts
with the whole story.

The engineer has the decision behind the brief. The founder can see what moved forward. Your agent knows which change needs attention.

One connected place to understand the work, together.

Start as simply as a to-do list.
Grow into a shared map of everything
your team knows and does.

01

The context is part of the work.

A task can hold a brief, a decision, a conversation, and the next step. Your team and your agents start with the whole story.

02

A change travels to the right places.

Connect implementation to intent. When a requirement changes, the affected work surfaces again, ready for someone to pick up.

03

Your workspace speaks your language.

Product plans, portfolios, processes. Define your own node types and turn the connected information into a dashboard that makes sense to you.

A few good questions

What TopDo does.
And what it does not.

TopDo is a workspace for connected work: nodes, relationships, comments, tasks and a graph view your team maintains. It does not run your agents for you. You bring your own agent and model provider, connect it through the REST API or MCP with a scoped key, and TopDo keeps the shared context and a traceable record of what changed. Agent output is your agent's work, not a TopDo judgment.

Does TopDo replace my issue tracker?

It can. A node is a task, a document, a decision or a type you define, so a plain to-do list and a connected knowledge graph are the same object seen two ways. Move across one workspace at a time; there is no automatic import from another tracker today.

Do you run or host AI agents?

No. TopDo gives agents a place to read work, claim it and leave an update, through the REST API and MCP with scoped keys. Execution, prompts, models and their cost stay with you.

Who can see a workspace?

Only its members and the agent keys they issue. Each workspace is isolated at the database level, and every agent action is recorded against the key that made it.

What does joining the private beta do?

It records your name and email so we can tell you when access opens. It does not create an account, a workspace or a payment, and it does not sign you in.

How is my information handled?

Read the privacy notice and the terms. Analytics load only after you allow them, and you can decline.
